Pall Posidyne filter cartridges incorporate a patented convalent charge-modified Nylon N66 membrane which exhibits a net positively-charged Zeta potential in aqueous solutions. this positive Zeta potential provides enhanced retention of fine particles smaller than the membrane's rating, such as endotoxins in water, in a direct flow mode without the higher pressure drop of finer filters. High-area pleated into single open-ended (SOE) AB sanitary-style cartridges, N66 Posidyne filters are available in particulate and bioreduction grades and in sterilized-grades.
Flourodyne II Hydrophilic PVDF Filter Cartridges
These filters feature a unique hydrophilic modified polyvinylidenedifluoride (PVDF) membrane with ultra-low binding properties, broad chemical and temperature resistance, and higher flows than competitive PVDF or other membrane cartridges. High-area pleated into single open-ended (SOE) AB sanitary style cartridges, Fluorodyne II filters are available 0.45 μ m rated for stabilization, filtration of viscous fluids and membrane prefiltration, 0.2 μm rated for sterilization, and 0.1 μ m rated for sterilization and mycoplasma removal. They are recommended for pharmaceuticals including ophthalmics and other dilute preservative solutions, biologicals including dilute protein solutions, cold and hot WFI, chemicals, aggressive solvents and sanitizing agents.
Supor EKV Sterilizing-grade Filter Cartridges
Pall Supor EKV filters are validated sterilizing grade membranes for the most cost effective filtration of a wide range of liquids such as buffers, tissue culture media, and others. The incorporated PES membrane demonstrates very high compatibility over the whole pH range plus very low protein binding to ensure the maximum transmission of the active ingredients. Emflon High Strength, Long Life Sterilizing Filters
Emflon PFR filters have been developed from the successful Emflon filter range launched in 1981 and widely used as air and gas sterilizing filters in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The double layer PTFE membrane is inherently hydrophobic, chemically inert and designed specifically for removal of contaminating bacteria and viruses. Emflon PFR filters meet the ever increasing demand for air filters with greater strength, longer life and the ability to withstand the rigours of in-situ steaming in the forward or reverse direction.
Emflon CPFR High-temperature Sterilizing-grade Filter Cartridges
The Pall Ultipleat SP Pall Emflon CPFR High-temperature filters have been developed from the long-life and high-strength Emflon PFR filter range. They have been designed and liquid-validated as sterilizing filters for air, gas and vent service in critical high-temperature applications in the BioPharmaceutical and bioprocess industry, like fermentation inlet air, aseptic packaging, or hot WFI tank vents.
